The residence was owned by Biff Leighton who lived there with his wife and children. Cross maintained a bedroom at the residence but sometimes stayed in his fiancée Stephanie Bruce’s camper parked on the property. Detective Fleetwood observed vehicles “coming and going from the residence.” Tr. Vol. II at 205.
