On December 26, 2024, after a hearing, the trial court awarded the parties joint legal custody and Ferreri primary physical custody of the parties’ two children (the “Children”), finding in relevant part that Cingel had repeatedly disregarded court orders and “seems more concerned with making [Ferreri] ‘look bad’” than “with how her actions are affecting the children,” Appellee’s App. Vol. II at 62, 100.
