Vol. II at 25. What followed is unclear: A.V. “was either trying to trim the branches” near the restaurant or “he got in a fight with the owner” of the restaurant. Id. When law enforcement came to the scene, A.V.’s behavior “ended up escalating” into “a physical altercation” with the officers. Id.
