Children were removed from Mother’s care in September 2023 based in part on Mother’s failure to provide stable and appropriate housing for Children. The Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) filed a petition alleging Children were children in need of services (“CHINS”). The trial court adjudicated Children as CHINS and ordered that Children remain outside of Mother’s care.
