Officer Willey approached the SUV on the driver’s side, and Detective Didandeh approached on the passenger’s side. Officer Willey and Detective Didandeh smelled raw marijuana in the car, and Officer Willey asked the driver to exit the SUV. Officer Willey handcuffed the driver and 1 IND.
