The trial court sentenced Wertz to fifty years with forty-five years executed and five years suspended to probation. In addition, the trial court ordered the sentence in that cause to run concurrently with Wertz’s sentence in another cause. In September 2003, this Court affirmed Wertz’s conviction. See Wertz v.
