The truck’s trailer had a TempurPedic logo on the driver side and a Sealy logo on the passenger side. Around 5:00 a.m., Haig exited the interstate in Boone County and drove into the parking lot of a Marathon gas station (“the Marathon station”), which contained eight gas pumps. As Haig circled his semi-truck around the gas pumps, he struck one gas pump with the middle of the truck’s trailer on the passenger side.
