On the evening of May 4, 2024, Wooden asked multiple guests at the homeless shelter if they had taken some of his belongings. Wooden asked Getz the same question, and Getz denied taking any of Wooden’s belongings. Wooden was “agitated” and began following Getz. (Tr. Vol. 2 at 46).
