Thereafter, Fort Wayne Police Department Officer Spencer Newell (“Officer Newell”) surveilled the house for about ten hours over a month-long period and saw “three (3) to five (5) cars every hour” that stayed at the house for “three (3) to five (5) minutes[.]” (Tr.
