The State also alleged that Ebler was an habitual offender. In October 2022, pursuant to the terms of the October 2022 plea agreement, Ebler agreed, in Cause F2-3230, to plead guilty to Level 2 felony dealing in methamphetamine and admit that he was an habitual offender.
