Statement of the Case
Eric E. Blyly, Jr. (“Blyly”), appeals, following his guilty plea, his sentence for
Level 6 felony theft.1 Blyly argues that his sentence is inappropriate.
Concluding that Blyly has failed to show that his sentence is inappropriate, we
affirm the trial court’s judgment.
We affirm.
