Jeremy N. Hull v. State of Indiana

── Jeremy N. Hull v. State of Indiana ── Case No.: 24A-CR-00617 Court: Indiana Court of Appeals Date: April 30, 2025 Author: Judge Rudolph Pyle County of Origin: Whitley Category: Criminal Decision: Affirmed Judge Weissmann and Judge Felix concur Statement of the Case Jeremy N. Hull (“Hull”) appeals, following a jury trial, his convictions on ten counts of Level 1 felony child molesting.1 Hull argues that: (1) the trial court committed fundamental error when it admitted evidence of Hull’s internet search history; and (2) the prosecutor engaged in prosecutorial misconduct that constituted fundamental error. We conclude that Hull: (1) has not shown fundamental error in the admission of evidence; and (2) has not met his burden of showing prosecutorial misconduct and fundamental error.
