Gina Price (“Price”) appeals, following her jury trial, her convictions for Level
4 felony causing death when operating a motor vehicle with a Schedule II
controlled substance or its metabolites in the blood,1 Level 5 felony causing
serious bodily injury when operating a motor vehicle with a Schedule II
controlled substance or its metabolites in the blood,2 and the sentence imposed
