In December 2021, the State charged Neyhart with Level 5 felony possession of
cocaine, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, and Class C
misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. In January 2022, the trial court
authorized Neyhart to post a cash bond and released her to LaPorte County

Ind. Code § 35-48-4-6.
Community Corrections. As a condition of her pretrial release, Neyhart agreed
that she would follow Community Corrections’ rules.
In June 2022, the State filed a petition to revoke Neyhart’s bond.
