In January 2022, the trial court authorized Neyhart to post a cash bond and released her to LaPorte County 1 Ind. Code § 35-48-4-6. Community Corrections. As a condition of her pretrial release, Neyhart agreed that she would follow Community Corrections’ rules. In June 2022, the State filed a petition to revoke Neyhart’s bond.
