State of Indiana ── Case No.: 24A-CR-02403 Court: Indiana Court of Appeals Date: August 12, 2025 Author: Judge Rudolph Pyle County of Origin: LaPorte Category: Criminal Decision: Affirmed Judge Bradford and Judge Kenworthy concur In December 2021, the State charged Neyhart with Level 5 felony possession of cocaine, Level 6 felony unlawful possession of a syringe, and Class C misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. In January 2022, the trial court authorized Neyhart to post a cash bond and released her to LaPorte County 1 Ind. Code § 35-48-4-6. Community Corrections. As a condition of her pretrial release, Neyhart agreed that she would follow Community Corrections’ rules. In June 2022, the State filed a petition to revoke Neyhart’s bond.
