This charge was based on the allegation that then nineteen-year-old Bannister had fondled her thirteen-yearold cousin’s penis. In October 2020, Bannister pled guilty to the Level 4 felony charge. The trial court imposed a six (6) year suspended sentence and ordered Bannister to serve four (4) years on probation in community corrections.
