(“Mother”) (collectively “Parents”) are the parents of N.A., who was born in August 2013, J.A., who was born in January 2015, and A.A., who was born in August 2017. Parents lived together with the children until 2020, when Parents divorced. From 2020 until 2022, the children lived with Mother in several states, including New York, Georgia, and Florida. Departments of child services in each of these states removed the children from Mother.
