McGann expressed his unhappiness about the dissolution of his marriage by texting Tessa and 1 IND. CODE § 35-45-10-5. The jury also convicted McGann of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy; however, McGann does not appeal that conviction. attempting to telephone her.
