Vol. 2 at 213). Johnson went into the truck stop’s store, put his backpack on the counter, and asked an employee (“the employee”) to watch his backpack while he went to the restroom. While Johnson was in the restroom, the friend entered the store, grabbed Johnson’s backpack, and ran out of the store.
