On November 19, 2018, Lock again sold 3.5 grams of methamphetamine to that same confidential informant. The State charged Lock with two counts of Level 4 felony dealing in methamphetamine and two counts of Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine. The State added an allegation that Lock was a habitual offender.
