Danny Kinzer was riding his motorcycle north bound at the time. Kinzer applied his brakes but was unable to avoid colliding with Ellis’ vehicle. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene shortly after the crash, and an air ambulance transferred Kinzer to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Kinzer was pronounced dead at the hospital.
