The trailer had two bathrooms, and the children were not allowed to use the front bathroom because the water heater was nearby and the water at the sink in that bathroom would be too hot. K.M. and Ternet did not keep hand soap at that sink because it was not to be used. On May 31, 2011, while K.M. was at work, Ternet was caring for the children at home. M.M.
