Woosley agreed to plead guilty on the condition that he receive a sentence of thirteen years with three of those years suspended to probation. The State also noted that it did not object to Woosley’s placement and participation in purposeful incarceration, which is a substance abuse treatment program administered by the Indiana Department of Correction (“IDOC”).
