She then amended her complaint on September 4, 2019, adding Kuznar as a defendant. The amended complaint alleged Lloyd was an assistant professor at Purdue University-Fort Wayne (“PFW”) from 2014 until May 2019 and her contract was terminated after she filed a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
