Jill argues the trial court erred in granting summary judgment. We reverse and remand for further proceedings. Facts and Procedural History Jill filed suit against Brian on April 2, 2014. Brian pro se requested an extension of time to respond, which the trial court granted. Brian then hired counsel and answered the complaint on May 24, 2014.
