In the late evening hours of May 25, 2019, and the early morning hours of May
26, 2019, Ishmael Porter and his girlfriend, Devon Harbor, 3 went to a club
called the Eagles Lodge and drank several alcoholic beverages. There they saw
Harbor’s friend, Gregory, and Gregory’s girlfriend, Darnesha Tillman.

Gregory’s sentence includes an enhancement for use of a firearm in the commission of the crime pursuant
to Ind. Code section 35-50-2-11(g).
