Phillip Franklin (“Phillip”) was employed by the United States Postal Service and drove a postal truck in the course of his employment. On August 23, 2014, as Phillip was delivering mail in his postal truck, his truck was struck from behind by Senetar’s vehicle. The postal truck spun, flipped on its side, and struck a utility pole.
