On March 29, 2018, Melinda Evans entered into a written Manufactured Home Community Lease (“Lease”) agreement with MHC to lease a lot at Grandin Pointe. The Lease provided Evans could park her mobile home on a lot owned by MHC in exchange for payment of lot rent. Under the terms of the Lease, Evans was also responsible for paying water, sewer, and trash collection charges.
