(“Girlfriend”), was romantically involved with another man, R.H. Both Girlfriend and R.H. worked at the Dollar Tree in Merrillville, Indiana, and they carpooled to work together on January 12, 2022. When Girlfriend and R.H. arrived, Brittingham was waiting for them in the parking lot. He immediately confronted Girlfriend as she sat in the driver’s seat of her vehicle.
