Buccos inherited Shady Oaks from her father, and she began running the business after he died. On one portion of Shady Oaks’s property, the company operated a mobile home park and rented lots to mobile home owners. On a second portion of the property, Shady Oaks operated a logging business. Buccos’s son also lived in a house on Shady Oaks’ property.
