After Davies completed the enrollment paperwork, he was escorted to the lobby where he was to wait to receive a GPS ankle unit and provide a drug screen. Instead of waiting in the lobby, Davies absconded from the facility. At approximately 9:45 a.m., the community corrections staff realized Davies was missing.
