The dispatch asked Officer Karr to contact a suspicious person described as “a white male wearing shorts and no shirt.” (Tr. Vol. 2 at 9.) 1 Ind. Code § 35-44.1-3-1(a)(3). 2 Ind. Code § 35-43-1-2(a). Officer Karr was wearing his police uniform and driving a marked police vehicle when he responded to the call.
