Two of the children were sevenyear-old A.B. and her twelve-year-old brother B.B., who that day were in the basement of the house watching a movie. Comiskey came to the basement and began playing with A.B. by tossing her onto a bed and tickling her. As they wrestled, the blanket that had been covering them fell off, and B.B. saw that Comiskey’s hand was down A.B.’s pants. B.B. hit Comiskey on the head with a metal water bottle.
