(“AHL”) lent $83,600.00 to Dan Dulong and Robin K. Townsley Dulong (“the Dulongs”) for the purchase of the Blossom Court Property. The Dulongs executed an adjustable rate note secured by a mortgage in which the Dulongs agreed to repay AHL the amount of the loan plus interest. The adjustable rate note also gave AHL the authority to transfer its right to repayment under the note.
