The officers observed Young sitting in the front seat of a Chevrolet Trailblazer while it was parked on the street outside of Young’s residence, and after Young sat in the car for about an hour, Detective Kody Martin of the FPD parked his patrol vehicle behind the Trailblazer, ordered Young out of the vehicle, and handcuffed Young.
