Cox Trust owns property on Kimal Trail (“the Property”) in Warsaw, Indiana, and Kim and Cindi decided to build a pole barn on the Property to use as a residence. On December 11, 2020, Cox Trust signed a contract with Stookey agreeing to pay Stookey $143,966.45 to construct the shell of the pole barn.
