On December 14, D.G., then nine years old, disclosed during a haircut that she was being molested, most recently the day before. Police were called and responded to her house. D.G. was taken to the hospital, where she underwent a forensic examination. Male DNA was found on an internal genital swab, but there was not enough DNA to develop a profile. D.G.
