Cooley v. State, No. 24A-CR-2234, 2025 WL 3281109 (Ind. Ct. App. Nov. 25, 2025). Cooley petitions for rehearing to argue we should not have held the invited error doctrine precluded his appellate challenge to the admission of State’s Exhibit 2.
