After Smith’s arrest, officers searched an apartment which 1 Ind. Code § 35-48-4-1(a)(2); -1(e)(1) 2 I.C. § 35-44.1-2-2(a) 3 I.C. § 35-45-1-5(c) Smith had been observed to enter and exit, and discovered more than 100 grams of heroin, 3 grams of cocaine, and 2 digital scales.
