Auriemma brought an action to eject Tenants for failing to pay rent and received a final order of possession on June 9, 2023. 1 In the same cause, the small claims court awarded Auriemma post-ejectment damages in the amount of $3,067.48, plus costs.2 Tenants vacated the house on June 20, 2023, and Auriemma reclaimed his property and changed the locks on June 21, 2023, with the assistance of the sheriff’s department.
