(“Father”), 1 admitted to DCS and the court that they used and sold illegal substances. Child, only four years old at the time, was adjudicated a CHINS by the court and then placed in the custody of her maternal grandparents. This CHINS case was closed shortly thereafter. Child lived with her maternal grandparents for the next nine years until her maternal grandfather died.
