On May 12, 2024, a woman reported to the police that a man who called
himself “Tattoo Josh,” later identified as Gabehart, sexually assaulted her.
Transcript Vol. 4 at 15. That same evening, the police found Gabehart at a
neighbor’s house with a backpack containing cocaine and marijuana.
