When they arrived, the officers found no disturbance, but Officer Jonathan Happel saw four people standing outside near a dumpster. As he approached them, three of the individuals walked away. One of the people, later identified as DeWitt, briefly went behind and then reappeared from behind the dumpster. See Transcript Vol. 3 at 32-33.
