According to the detective, Ocampo’s vehicle was the subject of “a drug investigation[.]” Transcript at 35. That evening, Jeffersonville Police Officers Levi James and Hunter Powell “staged an area” on I-65 near “the Scott County and Clark County borders and waited for Mr. [Ocampo] and the vehicle to arrive[.]” Id.
