On August 31, 2021, the Sipes contracted with Restor to do a significant amount of work on their home including replacing the roof, the siding, and the planks of their deck. Based on conversations between Mrs. Sipe and Southard throughout the project, the scope of the work changed with some tasks added and others removed. Nonetheless, replacing the roof, siding, and deck planks remained part of the project.
