In November 2020, the trial court entered a decree dissolving the parties’
marriage and incorporating the terms of their mediated marital settlement
agreement (the Agreement). The Agreement contained the following provision
regarding the marital residence:
[T]he Marital Residence . . . shall be retained by [Wife] as her
sole property. . . . [Husband] agrees to cooperate and assist
[Wife] . . .
