He was subsequently charged with Count I: Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Level 5 felony; 1 and Count II: Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Level 6 felony. 2 In 2017, he pled guilty to Count II and Count I was dismissed. Under the plea agreement, King agreed “not to 1 Ind.
