Boyd told Hampton “something was wrong” with his three-year-old son, T.B., who “wasn’t [waking] up.” Id. Hampton took over CPR on T.B. and told Boyd to call 911. Boyd was waiting outside the building when Officer Lauren Cramer arrived, and he directed her upstairs to his apartment.
