possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, Level 6 felony
possession of methamphetamine, and Class C misdemeanor possession of
paraphernalia. The charges stemmed from Vanwinkle’s “intention to sell the
[firearm] for her friend.” Tr. Vol. II p.
