Mother has a third child from a previous relationship, A.H., born in May 2017. 1 Parents never married and, at all relevant times, did not reside in the same household. Parents were the sole caregivers for Children: Mother was the primary caregiver, but Father also cared for Children as needed and on weekends. Other than being jaundiced, A.L.J. was born healthy, and there were no complications from her birth.
