Dewester married his wife, Shannon Dewester (Shannon), in January 2014. In
August 2023, Shannon leased an apartment in Indianapolis. Dewester initially
had a key to the apartment, but when the couple separated in January 2024,
Shannon “took [the key] back.” Tr. Vol. II p. 66.
In late June to early July 2024, Dewester began to “stalk[ ] and torment[ ]”
Shannon at her home and workplace. Id. at 69.
